AI solutions, from the people who already know your numbers.

We use AI every day to keep clients' books faster and cleaner, and we help owners put it to work in the rest of the business: where it saves real hours, which tools to trust with your data, and custom builds when off-the-shelf won't do.

What we do

Three ways we put AI to work.

Books

AI bookkeeping & accounting

Transactions read and categorized by AI from bank and credit card statements, receipts matched automatically, and every reconciliation reviewed by a person before it reaches your statements. Faster month-ends, fewer errors, the same accountant to call.

Strategy

AI strategy for your business

A working session on your actual processes: what to automate first, what it will cost, what to leave alone, and how to keep client and staff data safe. You leave with a short plan, not a slide deck.

Build

Custom AI solutions

When a tool doesn't exist, we build it. Recent work includes an online learning platform created for a client. We also take on document intake that reads and files paperwork, and reporting that writes its own first draft.

Why an accounting firm

Because the numbers tell us where the hours go.

Most AI projects fail because they start with the tool. We start with your books: where staff time is spent, which tasks repeat every month, and what an hour saved is worth. That is how we decide what is worth automating.

  • Daycares: enrolment and fee tracking, funding reports drafted from the books, staff-hour summaries for the wage rules.
  • Medical practices: billing reconciliations, expense capture, and month-end reports for the professional corporation.
  • Small businesses: invoice and receipt intake, cash-flow forecasts, client onboarding, internal training.

How we handle your data

Financial records are sensitive. We use business-grade AI tools that do not train on your data, and we keep client files in our secure portal.

AI does the reading and the first pass. A person on our team, including the CPAs, reviews the result and signs off.

Two we built

What a custom build actually looks like.

Neither of these started as an AI project. They started with an owner describing the part of the week they dreaded.

Online learning platform

A course business, built rather than bought

A client needed a platform to run her own learning programme. The quotes she had from local marketing agencies were for a long build at an agency price. We scoped it against what the business actually needed, and built it directly.

Delivered at about half the cost, in about a quarter of the time she had been quoted.

Work orders to invoices

Five months of invoicing, caught up and kept up

A service business had fallen five months behind on its invoicing, because the paperwork never made it from the van to the office. We built a digital work order that looks like the paper one the technicians already knew — same fields, same order, filled in on site. It uploads itself, the owner reviews each job, and the invoice goes out automatically with the supporting documentation attached.

Backlog cleared, and invoices now go out the same week as the work.

Client work, described without naming the businesses. What a build costs and how long it takes depends on the problem — we quote a fixed fee before starting.

How it works

Small first step, then build.

  1. Step 1

    A short call

What takes the most time in your business today, and what you've already tried.

  2. Step 2

    A plan with a price

One or two things worth doing first, the expected saving, and a fixed fee.

  3. Step 3

    Build, train, hand over

We set it up, train your team, and stay on as your accountants, so it keeps working.

Common questions

What owners ask about AI.

Is AI bookkeeping accurate enough to rely on?

With review, yes. AI is very good at reading statements and sorting transactions, and it makes different mistakes than people do. We use it for the first pass and a person checks every reconciliation, so you get the speed without giving up the judgment.

Is my financial data safe with AI tools?

We use business-grade tools that do not train on client data, keep files in our secure portal, and keep SINs, banking details and ID out of AI systems entirely.

What does an AI project cost?

A fixed fee agreed before we start, based on the work. Many first projects are small: a strategy session, or one process automated. Call 647-870-8498 for a quote.

Do I need to be an accounting client to use your AI services?

No. Some clients come for an AI project only. Most stay for the books, because clean numbers are what make the automation pay.

General information, not advice for your situation. Nothing is filed on automation alone — a person reviews the numbers first.
